Affordable housing portfolio


The portfolio was aggregated through the acquisition of turnkey projects. The locations and assets targeted an increasing demand for affordable housing in metropolitan areas in Denmark, chiefly in the vicinity of Copenhagen and Aarhus.

The strategy tapped into the attractive forward and portfolio premiums present in the market, along with the strong occupational market drivers. The portfolio was divested in three tranches to international buyers with the last closing occurring in 2022.
