Old stock housing portfolio


Working on behalf of an international family office, the portfolio was scaled primarily through the acquisition of distressed assets and “swiss cheese” commonhold unit portfolios. The assets are primarily “old-stock” housing subject to rent cap restrictions that can be lifted through modernization.

The assets have attractive locations in central Copenhagen and consists of several historic buildings. The portfolio was handed over when the investor established their own office in Denmark.
