The assets are located in an old industrial area on the outskirts of Copenhagen. Although seeing strong demand from logistics and industrial tenants, the assets also harbour the potential to develop housing through changes in the municipal planning framework.
The assets have undergone significant work to bring up occupancy rate to 100% and to optimize ERVs and OPEX levels, underlining the potential we see in under-managed segments.
